Meet the Team

Michael Pryor, III was born and raised in Frederick County, Virginia. He is an Air Force veteran who proudly served in Desert Storm and served his country for four years. Mike has over twenty years of experience in the construction industry and has worked his way through every aspect of the jobs he now manages.

In his spare time, Michael is an avid fisherman and enjoys fishing in any type of water. You can often catch him reeling in sting rays and setting crab traps with his wife, children, and two grandchildren at his home right off the ICW in Wilmington, NC where the company is headquartered.

Mike is hardworking, precise, dedicated to quality, and unwavering in his loyalty to his customers. He is the heart & soul of the NoVA Trim company.

Melissa Pryor was born and raised in McLean, Virginia. She holds a degree from Liberty University and has a history in corporate management from her time working in Tyson’s Corner. As Co-Owner, she is no stranger to the industry as she has been fully hands on since the moment the company was just a vision on paper.

When she isn’t busy behind the computer ensuring that all aspect of the business are operating smoothly, she loves to be with her family on the beach next to their home in Wilmington, NC. Melissa can also be found catching sharks off the ICW, or showing off her Italian cooking skills for her husband, children, and two grandchildren.

Melissa is full of enthusiasm for the business and her drive to nurture the company on every level is unparalleled. Co-owning NoVA Trim has been the perfect platform for Melissa to expand her talent and education. She has a meticulous eye for design (both interior and exterior) and not only is she a Certified Color Expert (CCE), she is also a proud member of RESA. Melissa is an absolutely indispensable part of the machine that is NoVA Trim.
